Comes with four pamphlets that seem to have accompanied events at the church, but later events as they do not share the same date as the book. Boston: Little, Brown Book Group, 1906. First Edition . Cloth. Good. The Flight Of Puss Pandora 1909, Inscribed By Author with Picture of Pandora. So fun. The original picture of the cover is placed in the book and signed by "Pandora." Dedicated to a friend by the author. Never seen something like this and I doubt I ever will again. The significance to me is not in the rarity but rather the creativity which is preserved through this book, connected to the personal life of the author. Overall good condition. First 5 pages are a little loose but other than that good binding, hinges, and spine. Some cosmetic imperfections on top left front cover. Boston: estes & lauriat, 1892. First Edition . Cloth. Good. Foil And Sabre, A Grammar Of Fencing By Louis Rondelle 1892 First Edition. While fencing hasn't always been the most popular sport, it has always remained in my mind as a symbol of gentlemanliness, agility, and mental skill. It is simply awesome in its expression. This is a classic look at Fencing By "MAÎTRE D’ARMES" at the Boston athletic association and the Harvard University fencing club, Louis Rondelle. The book itself is not in great shape but has many very good elements. The pages are very clean with no foxing or Browning. It seems this book was printed on high quality paper, as even the illustrations seem to have full paper tissue guards (or at least the frontispiece). The binding is an overall good condition despite being a little loose especially from the spine. Significant chip on one volume. Unknown if this is a complete set, but seems like there was one more. Fantastically Illustrated by George Cruikshank and Hablot Knight Browne.
