Los Angeles, Dawson's Bookshop 1965. 84 pp. 5th in 8vol. series. Blue cloth board with gold stars pattern. Limited Edition of 250 copies printed by Richard J. Hoffman at Cal State L.A. in 1965 Inside pages in pristine condition: no foxing, yellowing, writing, highlighting or marks; no dog-earing, rips, or tears. Some fraying at the top of the first page. No dust jacket. Outside hardcover boards in very good condition with no dents and the binding is intact. Some wear along the spine and corners; mild shelf wear and fraying on top and bottom of spine.This book is in very good shape.(Please see pictures) Octavo. 9-1/2" x 6-1/2". Blue cloth, gilt stamped stars on spine and boards. Background: Colonel Mason, in command of the Tenth Military District, embracing California, introduced special military commissions to try crimes that did not come under the jurisdiction of the regular courts martial.
