This short lived 2nd edition which was superceded by a more thoroughly proof read edition. This new edition of the 1993 hardback only underground classic was called for by Brandon Spivey and he is quoted on the back cover.
Quite rare now as so few were printed before being overtaken by the current edition in which the illustrations are in colour.
