All Quiet on the Western Front, Erich Maria Remarque. First edition, first printing (stated).
Dust Jacket: Very Good. An unclipped jacket with original price $2.50 on inside flap. The jacket has a small piece missing on spine and along front border. Hardcover: Very Good+ Boston: Little, Brown and Company, 1929. Oatmeal cloth with black/red lettering on cover and spine. No writing or markings in the book, 291 pp. The dust jacket and hardcover have all the first edition points. Translated by A.W. Wheen.
The true first edition was published in Germany in January 1929. The famous World War I novel in English translation - originally published in German as "Im Westen Nichts Neues" just five months earlier. It was adapted to award-winning films in 1930, and 2022 as a Netflix film.
