London: J. M. Dent & Sons. Good with no dust jacket. 1936. First Edition; First Printing. Hardcover. In greeny cloth-covered boards with bright gilt titling to the spine. No dust jacket. The cloth is very 'patchy' with quite a few darker green areas but the gilt titling is bright. All hinges tight. The book is in a protective clear - removable - bookfilm plastic cover and looks better now. The page fore-edges are 'toned' /browning with age, with some very light 'spotting' (pale small foxing). A former owner's name (J. B. Thomas) in ink on the front pastedown - whether it is THE J. B. G. Internally no major marks, a little light yellowing/offsetting to the endpapers and some very occasional scattered foxing (light yellow-brown…
