unknown. Hardcover. Good. unknown. Cupid's Sketch Book. This is an extremely interesting item of which I have not fully found out about yet. The only copy I can trace is likely located at the metropolitan museum of art, and they do not have any publication information on it either. It seems to be a collection of German art about Cupid which was translated and printed into an English medium, likely in Great Britain. The art itself seems to just be a print on high quality paper of the time, however I am not sure of the medium. Plates are numbered on their backs up to twelf. In the copy cited at the metropolitan museum it is stated that there are 13 plates. It is likely that this is missing a plate, however it is also possible that this is its own unique copy with 12 plates. It seems like the plates may be telling a story, so it is possible that these are 2 different volumes within one artist's interpretation of Cupid.
