Abrams, Inc., 1977 Beautifully illustrated hard cover with the band of adventurers climbing along the side of a mountain on the front, the dragon's hoard on the back and a white spine with black printing. The clear mylar dust jacket features the red dragon which is threatening the band climbing the mountain and has the dragon which is guarding it's hoard with Bilbo hiding behind a rock and white printing on the front and back. The covers are in almost pristine condition with a small depression on the front, hidden by the dragon and a tiny bit of wear, almost unnoticeable on the front lower edge, else fine.
