Random House 1953 later printing possibly 1958-59 judging by titles referenced on back. A very nice copy in dust jacket of a "banned" book. Very hard to find in a dust jacket as good as this one. I have it mylar protected the best I can for an oversized book. Book is very clean which adds to its value. No tears, no ownership labels. Not ex-lib. A very nice book!

Random House 1949 This is a later printing as noted by the red dj and boards. the first printing was in blue. No additional printing stated other than 1949. Book is in very good condition for a child's book. No ownership marks, not scribbling or writing of any kind in book. No tears. Not ex-lib. DJ has loss to top and bottom but is mostly in one piece as pictures can attest. Now protected as best I could in mylar. A rare copy when dj is included.
