Original price of 15/-net to front flap. Uncommon title. Colditz - the last resort for escaping pow's - an impregnable fortress; but, over four years 300 escaped with 31 home runs. Maps created, keys cuts, passes forged, gliders made - there was no end to the prisoners ingenuity - this is the account of the castle and its comings & goings from the most famous home runner of all.
