London: John Murray. First Edition . Cloth - Hard Cover. Good/No Dust Jacket. Complete in two volumes with I being published in 1892 and II published in 1896. Minimally ex-library with a private library book plate on front paste downs and a small inked library number on front free end leaves. A library label has been removed from the spines of both volumes leaving small and light spots of wear. Both volume show other very minimal use and wear, and remain tight and generally very clean.

Rear covers with an illustration of a running ostrich has circus exhibit ad, as does the inside of front and rear covers. 4 x 6 inches in size. Nice ostrich illustration on title page. Full page drawing of African natives riding ostriches on verso of title page. Double center page of Ostrich round up, with giraffes in the background. Booklet remains tight, bright, and very clean. There is just a little very light scattered edge wear along spine and lower edge of front cover.
