In 1918 "Art In Australia" published this special issue devoted to Lindsay's Pen Drawings. The original edition was 2,000 (unsigned) drawings in soft covers.Also, there was this limited edition of 200 SIGNED AND NUMBERED copies of Lindsay's Pen Drawings, with 55 tipped in prints, plus a tipped-in DRY-POINT OF LINDSAY by his brother Lionel, and a photographic portrait as FRONTISPIECE.. Only 150 were offered for sale, probably his first signed/limited publication. These are quite rare: since publication, numerous groups and individuals have been destroying many of these more controversial works..Volume is in Very Good-Near Fine condition. No visible foxing, text pages bright and clear, tipped-in plates are unblemished. Quatre-bound in 2 colours of cloth boards; TEG and other edges are untrimmed.Binding excellent except for the usual corner bumps.
