Published 1917 by The National Press, Philadelphia, Pa. 124 pages. Lovely pictorial red cloth with white stars and title letters; border, map and seal decorations in black. Begins with National illustrations and poems, continues with pages containing the state seal and poem for each state, adjacent full-page photo or drawing significant to that state, and portrait of Wilson and text of his message at the end. Two ex-lib marks: sticker on pastedown stating ""Presented to Chase Library"" and ""3164"" on fep. Corner and spine ends are rubbed with minor fraying. Paper cracking at rear hinge. Binding tight. Pages clean and bright, showing very occasional and very faint spots of foxing.
