In bit later half leather binding. 218 p. Second edition. Perhaps the most significant piece of Hungarian drama literature, it first appeared in January 1862 (on the title page dating back to 1861). As a result, Madách made further improvements to the text and the second edition had already come to light with these changes. This, the last version published in the poet's life, has served as the basis for all subsequent communications ever since.
