Collection of separately paginated dramatic works issued as Vol. 16 of Inchbald's's British Theatre, each play with its own title page and frontispiece; 12mo, in contemporary early nineteenth century half calf (somewhat worn with minor loss to extremities, early owners ink inscription to front pastedown). Occasional spotting and paper browning but overall a very good copy.

Volume three only (of six), octavo; 480pp. In contemporary uniform full speckled calf (worn to extremities), gilt roll to board margins, five raised spine bands, gilt lettered red and black labels to second and third compartments (one label chipped with minor loss), remaining compartments gilt, small early label ("Sb") to front pastedown, opening and closing leaves lightly spotted, a good first edition odd volume from Georgel's account of Revolutionary France to 1810.
