No Place: Published by Author, 1980. Book. Near Fine. Soft cover. 1st Edition. 4to - over 9¾ - 12" tall. Offered is the first, and possibly only, draft of the film screenplay entitled "Sgt. Mackley" (title page; the front cover indicates "REDD FOXX IS SGT. MACKLEY") by screenwriter Reginald H. Farmer. An undated draft script circa late 1970s to early 1980s (the scenes are not numbered), the film, to my knowledge, was never made. The screenplay contains 152 machine-copied loose leaf pages (including title page) measuring 8-1/2" by 11". With light blue front and rear covers, the script is three-hole punched and bound together with three brass brads. The front cover contains a photocopied image of Redd Foxx in uniform (as Sergeant Gork from a 1976 episode of "Sanford and Son"). Reginald H. Farmer (1934-2008) was screenwriter for, among others, "National Lampoon's Animal House" and "Fast Times at Ridgemont High.".
