Externally very good. Internally lightly browned throughout. One folding lithograph water stained to folds, three with a closed tear where joining the mount. With five folding coloured lithographic plans, one uncoloured, and two folding tables. An identity card for a young Italian girl, Clara Marini, born in 1927, seemingly issued in 1933, approximately 65mm x 95mm in size (folded), with a photograph and official stamp, central fold; 2. Double sided membership card for the National Fascist Confederation of Farmers, (Landlords and Tenant Farmers section), approximately 70mm x 105mm in size, 1934 and 3. A membership card for the Confederation of Fascist Corporations, approximately 65mm x 100mm in size (folded), 1926, for a Dr. Salvatore Valenti, though he doesn't appear to have paid his membership stamps as the monthly dues spaces on the card are empty, central fold. London: Pardon and Son, 1869. Double sided, lithographed ticket for the opening ceremony of Bunhill Fields cemetery, approximately 270mm x 190mm in size. Front with one or two tiny spots of foxing but is generally quite bright and clean, reverse with remnants of glue from once being stuck in an album, with some light discolouring and surface abrasion, but not affecting text. The reverse is a plan of the burial ground, with the location of prominent internees numbered (John Bunyan, Daniel De Foe, Richard Cromwell, Isaac Watts, Thomas Hardy, John Horne Tooke etc). It is the burial ground of Nonconformists. This 'opening ceremony', (it had already been in use for over two hundred years), was to celebrate the development of the site by the City of London. This involved laying out paths, undertaking tree planting and carrying out repair work to the tombs including re-cutting and recording inscriptions. Fitzalan writing to his architect Robert Abraham on December 12th, 1840, noting the presence of bugs in his house in Gloucester Place, "which of itself is enough to stop proceedings there, so that I think we must make up our minds to remain where we are this year and look about for next.
