Some heavy ink marks, mainly marginal, but some underlining, particularly to the early pages. Piece torn from margin of one leaf, not touching the text. Generally a rather used copy, but a scarce edition, Library Hub recording only copies at Oxford and Reading Univesities.

Original cloth, some very light rubbing to spine ends, covers of one volume partially discoloured, very small damp stain to the fore-edge of a few pages of the same volume, but a good, sound set. Chetham Society, First Series, Vols 69,73,93,94. Covers the period from 1730 to 1837. A heavy set so please allow for extra postage.
