Very good inside, with some pages having yellow spots. The pages are oddly numbered, like many pages taken from a large book, and made into this small one but pages have high numbers. I don't know exactly how to explain it. I think it was a salesmans copy to show some examples of the various sections in a set. [QMARK][QMARK] Not sure. It is 5/8' thick, 6-3/4x9-1/4.
