Chicago: Aubrey Stauffer & Company. 1912. 5pp. The edges of this sheet music are crinkled and creased and missing a few small chips, and there are a few tears here and there (the worst is 1.5" at the center top affecting all leaves). The bottom half of the folded hinge has separated, and the middle page is not attached (but it seems to have been produced that way). Two people have written their names on the front cover. NY: Oxford University Press. 1974. 487pp. The book has fading on the top and bottom edges of the boards, most noticeably at the top of the spine. The bottom 1/8" of the spine shows a tiny bit of shelf crumpling. The d.j. leaves much to be desired. There are chips and tears, including a 3" tear up the front flap hinge, 1" tear at the top front, and tears on the open corners. There are chips at the front bottom, top front hinge and open corners, bottom and top of the backstrip, and - the really bad one - a chunk missing from the rear. Also, the d.j. shows fading on the spine and both front and rear. See pictures. The previous owner's bookplate with signature is pasted opposite the title page. (53660) . Very Good. 0195017382 .
