Terms of sale for Zaks Auctions

Please understand our Shipping Rates in Canada are high. This is why we like to keep our Book Prices low. We take the time to specially wrap your books with wrapping paper and bubble wrap. We do not skimp on the handling materials! Zaks Auctions will ship within 3 business of receipt of payment. All items will be shipped with tracking and insurance. Should your order be valued greater than $100 CAD (not including shipping), we will be adding $2.75 per additional $100 increments for extra insurance. We also do charge a packaging and handling of $2.50 per book. We carefully wrap your book in both paper and bubble wrap to unsure it does not get damaged during the shipping process. Refunds: We will honour refunds only when the buyer has contacted us and has provided us with pictures of the book(s) received, within 3 business days of the item being received. We will only refund if one or more of the following applies: 1. The Book(s) received has been damaged due to shipping 2. The Book(s) received are different than what was ordered 3. The condition of the book is VASTLY different than what was described For all canceled orders, there will be a restocking fee of 20% deducted from your refund. Should you cancel after we have shipped the order, you are responsible to pay for tracked and insured shipping back to us. Once we have received the order, in the exact same condition (books not removed from protective packaging, etc), we will honour your refund, minus the restocking fee. All returned orders must be received withing 10 business days from receipt of parcel.
