Binding is secure and tight. Foxing on text block edges. Text block is clean, clear and unmarked. Age toned. Twelve tipped-in color portraits by the author are present.

Translated from the German original and edited by L.N. Neatby. Grey cloth cover boards with black print. The dust cover has some small tears on the top and bottom edges. The binding is as new. The text block is clean, clear and unmarked with photographs in colour and black & white.
