Lancaster Mennonite Historical Society, founded in 1958, is a nonprofit, educational organization associated with the Lancaster and Atlantic Coast Conferences of the Mennonite Church. Open to the public, it is fully accessible to physically challenged persons.
Its mission is the collection, preservation, and interpretation of books (library), manuscripts (archives), and artifacts (museum). The focus of its collections and educational programs relates to the historical background, religious thought/expression, culture, and family history of Mennonite/Amish groups originating in Pennsylvania, including their European background.

Terms of sale for Used Books at the Lancaster Mennonite Historical Society

Sorry, no personal checks. Payment may be made by cashier's check or money order however (choose the cheque option when checking out). Shipping will follow verification of payment. If dissatisfied, return the item within 15 days of the shipping date for a full refund. Books returned must be in original condition, securely wrapped and packed, with the original invoice (or copy). Book refunds will be made in the same method of payment received. Simply return the book, together with the original invoice, or a copy. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the shipment was in our error. Books $100 and greater will automatically be insured at our expense.
