Terms of sale for Tokyo Book Concierge

We will make all reasonable attempts to ship an order within two business days of receiving the order. We will contact the customer messaging platform if the order is delayed or canceled. We are not liable for any loss or expense incurred by you as a result of delayed delivery or delivery to an incorrect address. Please make sure to confirm your address details before placing your order. Items will be mailed by Japan Post, Yamato Shipping, EMS, FedEx, or DHL. All sales are final. Please review all product details carefully before placing an order. If approved by us, returns and refunds may incur a restocking fee. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer and not by Tokyo Book Concierge. We will refuse items sent "Cash on Receipt" (chakubarai) or via similar means. At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping or gift message services.
