Vaile was a prominent and wealthy Denver lawyer who would lated serve as president of the Colorado Bar Association. Generally very good with some shallow chipping and loss to the lower corners of the front and rear wraps, some loss at the spine strip. Small hole near bottom portion of the text extends from p61-99 and rear wrap.
