Brooks, director of education, Tasmania. Black and white photographic frontispiece, and 7 pages of plates (14 photographs), 3 sketch maps illustrates the text. Pale blue boards with darker blue stripes, dark blue writing and the front panel and spine. Corners are bumped and there is shelf wear evident on bottom edges of book. The head and heel of the spine are soft and bumped and there is some bumping along the top edge of the book. The panels are rubbed and faded, and there is discolouration on spine.
