Script contains multiple revision pages and is assembled for Wald's review but not yet re-numbered. Annotations in holograph ink and pencil throughout, with many pages watermarked with a rubber-stamped number ("0001300").

Pink revision title page contains two post-it notes, one yellow with Wald's name in holograph ink and "0001300" stamp and one pink with a note in holograph pencil to a Valery, likely Valery Wright, Michael Crichton's assistant on the film.

Based on the 1993 novel by Michael Crichton. Michael Douglas stars as a computer specialist, who, after rebuffing an aggressive sexual advance from his ex-lover and new boss, in a memorable man-eating femme-fatale performance from Demi Moore, finds himself in a sexual harassment law suit, threatening both his career and his family.
