London, Locomotive Publishing, (1925), pp.xii, 202, with 8 folding maps and 8 plates. Original cloth, spine faded as usual, one map a bit mis-folded, neat repairs to a couple of the folding maps where they have torn in the usual place, but a good, sound copy. This is quite a scarce book, and greatly enlarged from the author's work of 1914 on the same subject.

For the Authors, 1946. Old repair to inside of the covers at the top, else good condition with the folding map intact. A description of this early Scottish mining waggonway.

Locomotive Publishing, 1953. 4to, pp. xii, 271. Although the dust jacket has some repairs and strengthening on the inside, this is an exceptionally fine and clean copy of this important work.

Cardiff, Western Mail, 1923. Original leather effect cloth gilt. Very good, clean condition.

Locomotive Publishing, 1947. Original card covers, 86 pages, illustrated. Staples very rusty with the usual marks, but a good, sound copy. An account of the important part India's raiways played in supplying the west with necessities and saving India from a Japanese invasion.

Birmingham, The Holland Company, 1899. Small, square format, 130 pages, many illustations including a coloured folding frontispiece. The book was first issued in parts and bound in at the back are the original attractive front wrappers to parts 2 to 8. Folding plate creased and worn at the fore-edge, original cloth binding with spine very dull and worn, but still a sound copy of a scarce item.

Danish Railway Museum, 2004. Lanscape format, card covers, 95 pages, profusely illustrated. Light corner wear, but very good, clean condition and apparently very scarce.

Locomotive Publishing, 1952, pp. xiv, 117. Very good condition in the uncommon dust jacket, which just has a slightly faded spine. A very detailed account of the Port of London railways.

London, Railway Gazette, 1936, first edition,pp.xx, 500. Best edition with the 13 maps (several folding) which are not included in the reprint. Original cloth, spine faded and bumped at top, but sound. Internally lacks fron free endpaper, repairs to several of the folding maps where they have torn at the usual place (the maps are on very flimsy paper). One single page map has slight damage from adhering to the adjacent map. A couple of stamps of the LNER Leeds Districf Goods Manager. Just a sound working copy.

Oakwood Press, 1974, Locomotion Papers Number 76. Just slight signs of use, but very good in the original card covers.
