- 14 day no-quibble returns
- UK - All books are sent by Second Class post within 48 hours. "Expedited" in my case means Recorded Delivery but is no faster.
- EU Buyers - All shipments are by tracked Airmail Printed Papers.
- Outside EU (exc. USA) - 'Standard' is Surface Mail and very slow; 'Expedited' is tracked Airmail.
- USA - 'Standard' is Surface (Ground) Mail and very slow; 'Expedited' is tracked Airmail (expensive).
- Shipments weighing over 2Kg will usually be sent using a parcel service (usual Hermes in the UK).
