Uncommon. Attributed to Latimer Clark in the final (7th, in 1850), edition. (Goldsmiths' no. 36431.2. COPAC. WorldCat). Title continues: Of the Chester & Holyhead Railway published with permission of Robert Stephenson, Civil Engineer by a Resident Assistant.
