Copyright 1915, this copy printed in the Burgess Quaddies Bedtime Story-Books series in 1930. 119 pp., frontis illustration + 5 plates in text, grey cloth wtih red and black cover illustration. Text is Nearly Fine: very tight and fresh, no noticeable wear, neat owner's inscription dated 1932. Dust jacket is very bright and fresh, not price-clipped, lightly edge-worn with a few short edge-tears. A superb copy.

Fragile paper-coverd boards are quite worn and somewhat darkened with small chipped areas to the corners of the labels. Overall a nice original copy.
