Folio - over 12" - 15" tall. heavily cocked; corners bumped and rubbed; boards lightly waterstained in spots; tissue frontis is torn as is first page (tp & contents) about 4" up from bottom (closed tear); small water stain on bottom front ( 2") extending into pages about 1/2 inch from front edge; all maps clean & tight.

Book Condition: Poor. Front cover becoming loose. Few beginning pages are no longer attached, but included. Spine peeling at points. Cover worn in points.See photos.

Book is in Good- condition, with edgewear to cover, area of cover coming away at top of spine, sun fading to spine. Broken hinges, webbing showing, joints still intact. Pages age-tanned, but otherwise clean and intact.
