A sturdily bound larger volume, which might have been a purple cloth over the boards and a black or green spine with worn gilt title. The corners have been rubbed to expose the paper boards. The end and lining papers have pronounced offsetting, frequently caused by the glue that affixes the lining papers to the boards. Wheat based wall paper paste frequently causes the same type of discoloring. $65.00
