Mustard colored cloth printed in green and light brown, jacket tape reinforced at the head of the spine otherwise a very good + example of the jacket with a Condor gliding over the title. This is a true second edition (1920) being a smaller binding and sheets printed with the same type set but with a different colored ink for the illustrations (Medium Brown) and the illustrations have been moved around on the indivdual pages and omitted in a few instances. The jacket is altogether different with no Coyote as on the front panel of the first edition jacket and having commentary on the newest Austin books ( 26 Jayne St. being the the latest book, published in 1920.) Often overlooked as a later printing, this is actually a new edition retaining the charm and allure of the scarce and expensive first edition in original jacket.
