Oxford University Press; 1950 reprint. The World's Classics No. 189. Hardcover with blue boards, gilt lettering and decoration to spine and blue pages edges. No inscriptions or previous owners names. Binding tight and text clean. Housed in a cardboard blue slip case. Slip case has signs of wear, is faded in places including spine. Slip case also has marks and scuffs. Has a 'The World's Classics' Label to bottom. Book in near fine condition.

The edges are yapped and hence they are fragile with minor pieces missing. Spine also very fragile and torn in places. Inscription to first blank page dated 1933. Some foxing and tanning to some pages and page edges. A beautiful book.
