Printed sticker on first unnumbered page: "Order from The Thunderbolt, Inc. P.O. Box 6263, Savannah, Georgia 31405." Covers somewhat browned. Watson was the Populist candidate for President in 1904 and 1908. His writings reprinted here outline the ostensible inferiority of both Africans and African American. The appended document reports instances of Belgian missionaries being raped, families attacked, etc. in during the early days of the Congo Crisis. States that Patrice Lumumba at first admitted that rapes had occurred but later denied it. Two page introduction to pamphlet by Dr. Edward R. Fields.
