Kansas City, MO: Jenkins Music Company, 1919. 6p. sheet music, lightly worn wraps with collage photo of several dozen white orchestra leaders (indicating that this is a later issue of the music), pen notation and two rubber stamps on front wrap, pencil notations on first page. Bowman received little credit in his heyday for composing the quintessential Kansas City rag, which describes the black entertainment section of Kansas City that flourished under the Pendergast machine.
