Also included are a "Special Edition" dated June 16th, 1961, and three supplementary mimeographed sheets. McCarthyist newsletter exposing real or imagined Communist Party efforts within the US, beginning during the Korean War. Later issues lament the student protest movement against the Vietnam War.

Description:
Santa Clara: University of Santa Clara Press, 1925. Hardcover. 72p., clothbacked 8x5.3 inch boards with printed paper cover label. Cover is disfigured with small splash stains and dust-soil, rear endpaper is out, bookplate and pencilled ownership legend in front. A fair copy signed across title page by Cody, a Santa Clara Jesuit lit prof. Pieties, not quite doggerel but quite inane. The only reason to catalogue our item is that, laid in, is a neat little "Admit One" card (2x3.5 inches) to the "Eighth Annual Big Smoker Given By San Francisco Post No. 1 The American Legion In Honor of The Spanish American War Veterans May 17, 1933" &c &c, nicely printed in very good condition.
