This is a delightful combination of poetry and humorous illustrations, many in color. This was my father's copy, he notes his purchase in pencil as shown in one of my photographs.

Color drawings, including letters and stationery that are part of the innovative enjoyment provided by this series. Square, 8" x 8".

Personal copy collected from used bookstore many years ago. Corners pretty good, pages nice. Cover has sharpie mark over price. Inside has one name that his crossed out and two pencil price marks.

The book is almost as new - clean, tight and unmarked with shelf wear on the corners and edges of the dust jacket, and some scratches. There is a crease in the DJ on the inside sleeve where the author's story appears (I have included a photo of the fold). Possibly never cracked open, great condition. No remainder marks, price clips or other imperfections.

Clean yellow cloth boards with red printed author signature on front board, red title lettering and decorative red horizontal lines on spine. No names, one pencil mark from a previous bookseller, slight foxing, 240 pages. Dust jacket is clipped but nice enough for this rare find. Please see the photos.
