Very good with slight age toning on the edges. Suppressed by the University's administration, most of the staff resigned and started a new magazine, Big Table, to publish the suppressed material , specially the first publication of a part of Burroughs - Naked Lunch. Also include are Kerouac, Doyle, Duncan, Ferlinghetti, Ginsberg, Lamantia, McClure, Whalen, Wieners and others

All issues are good with rubbing to edges. Winter 1945 has a 2" tear on from cover, missing some text. Minor damp staining to another. Each issue has a section devoted to a photographic theme such as immigrants, labor, religion, ethnic groups, etc.Issues are scarce of this periodical of Multi-Culturalism. According to the Wikipedia entry of Barbara Moraff this literary magazine is the first published work of Louise Erdrich. Her prior poems were published in the Dartmouth College literary magazine - Dart.. 8 1/2 x 11 paper typed font and stapled. Very good except for rusted staples and marks. WorldCat shows on two holdings. Scarce.

Very good copy of the scarce bilingual literary magazine of French surrealists in exile.This copy is inscribed by Goll at his contribution, Atom Elegy, to Boris Pregel. Pregel was Jewish/Ukrainian engineer who was awarded the French Legion of Honour in 1939 for his role in the International Organization to Fight Cancer. Goll was diagnosed with leukemia tin 1945, so this presentation is quite fitting. After Pregel fled the Nazis he established a Radium & Uranium Mining company in NY that supplied the Manhattan Project.Quite a few pages are uncut. The Goll poem and the Yves Tanguy illustrations pages are cut.

Very good solid copy with light toning to spine/edges. This is James Wright first major publication of the poems "Lonely" and "Father" while a student at Kenyon. Also includes a group of young poets - Harold Norse, W.S. Merwin, Anthony Hecht.
