Description:
Toronto: Longmans, Green & Co, 1937. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. First Canadian edition. Beige cloth with dark green lettering to the front board and spine. Book slightly cocked, with a gift inscription to the front endpaper. Light scratch to the fore-edge of the text block and a slightly dusty top edge. The dust jacket with light creases and nicks around the edges, a couple of short closed tears and two chips, one at the head of the spine, the other at the foot of the spine, but overall a nice, clean copy in a nice jacket.
