Jacket rather chipped and worn with one-inch portion mid-spine panel starting to separate, a couple small dampstains to front panel, prior owner's name in pencil on front free endpaper, corners tapped, else a Very Good copy in a Good only copy of the jacket. Contemporary pencil ownership signature of a Joan Baldwin to front free endpaper, while the jacket blurb abruptly begins "A story for boys about boys and horses.

Very Collectible Hardback Book with Dust Jacket. Inside text is in Excellent condition and appears to have had very little, if any use. May well be Unread! No writing or markings in the book except for the Author's Signature! Outside cloth covers are nice with some wear to the top and bottom of the outside spine and some minor corner and edge wear. Dust Jacket is in Very Good Minus condition with some scuffing along the bottom edges of the book and some edge chipping and small missing pieces in the top of the outside spine area. The Dust Jacket is price clipped. Dust Jacket is now covered with a new clear mylar cover. Truly a Great Find!
