Red speckled textblock edges. Vol. I of II. Pages are lightly tanned and heavily foxed, with visible marking throughout also, but text remains clear. Binding is firm. Small pencil inscriptions to first few pages. Boards have moderate shelf-wear, with noticeable corner bumping and scuffing to edges. Spine is severely tanned, with noticeable scuffing, heaviest to ends with slight splitting. Gilt remains bright. Heavy sunning to board edges. Mild marking overall.
