Description:
Softcover. Very Good. 8vo 8" - 9" tall. Available here is lot of eight Charles Bukowski-penned works of poetry, a collection of letters, several works of literary criticism, and a Charles Bukowski check-list. From the personal library of the noted Altadena, California-based bookseller and appraiser, Mr. Robert Allen, as conveyed to me by his widow, Ms Priscilla (Brownie) Allen. Mr. Allen was a professional bibliographer, and his penciled notes are useful and instructive. The lot consists of 1) Hollywood (New York: Ecco, 1989, sixth printing), SC, [8], 9-239 pp.; 2) Love is a Dog From Hell (New York: Ecco, 1977, ninth printing), SC [14], 15-307 pp.; Women (New York: Ecco, 1978, fifth printing), SC, [6], 7-291 pp.; Pulp (New York: Ecco, 2002, 13th printing), SC, [8], 9-202 pp.; Mockingbird Wish Me Luck (Santa Barbara,…
