A visully stunning collection of the best in International commercial graphic design for the year 1928: magazine design, travel posters, product advertisements, etc. 162 pp. 4to. Blue publisher's binding with gold embossed titling to spine and cover board. Bumping to edges, small loss near head of spine. Clean and crisp within.

There are some pages missing and the back cover is also missing. Front cover with deco artwork printed in yellow and red is detached. Illustrated with 100's of bold black and white ads and more including many small color repros and some full page tipped in color plates. Although there is wear the insides are vg. and although there are a few pages missing, there is enough great stuff that makes this a bargain for research. About vg. Condition noted and sold as is.

Condition is GOOD ; covers are detached from the binding but complete and present. The sewn binding is a touch loose. Covers clean, front has a small closed tear and PO's name at top. Printed in black with some red + some color repros. and several tipped in plates. There is faint damp stain to the heavy bound in endsheets, and happily this does not mar the book. Bound in cloth boards with bright gold title lettering on the spine. Near fine.
