London: Westerham Press, for Allen Lane, 1963. Hard cover. Very Good. Octavo (26cm); 119 pages, and 4 black-and-white plates and two facsimile letters printed with colored ink on smaller leaves. Title page printed in red and black. Loosely inserted is Allen Lane's printed sheet offering the book as a gift for Christmas, 1963. Bound in paper-covered boards with gilt red labels on front and spine, in very scarce unprinted pink dust jacket. The dust jacket shows slight wear, the book is in fine condition. Six hundred copies of this book were printed at the Westerham Press in Kent and bound by Mansell in London. The paper was hand-made at Hodgkinson's Wookey Hole Mill in Somerset." -- Colophon.
