Original price of $2.50 still present on the front flap. Jacket is stained and worn with corners and spine edges chipped and torn. The stains are caused by someone who reinforced the underside of the DJ with masking tape. They did a very good job but unfortunately the glue bled to the paper over the decades. Grey cloth boards are clean but lower edge has a fade spots, possibly from dampstains. Binding is good, no hinge cracks, no torn or loose pages. Pages are lightly toned due to age and there is some foxing and brown spots present, with the worst being on the end pages. Signed by the author on a award bookplate stating this book had been awarded as a prize (to Walter J. Filling) for a splendid talk on " How to Conquer Worry". No other handwriting noted.
