William Morrow, 1966. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good-/Very Good-. Signed. Inscribed, entirely in the author's hand, "To Don, from Liz & [SIGNED] William Klein" on the half title page. The volume is bumped on the spine ends, has a pinched spine, and there is a light bump and crease on the front panel. There is a small book seller's label on the base of the front endpaper, evidence of a similiarly small label removed on the top of the front endpaper, and the text is over-opened. The price clipped dust jacket, sleeve protected, is edge worn to include wrinkles and a narrow (almost 1" long) chip on the base of the front panel. Reinforced on the verso with tape. Illustrated with 7 William Klein color photographs of Elizabeth Taylor.
