Trubner & Co, 1111. Hardcover. Acceptable. No Edition Remarks. 510 pages. This is an ex-Library book. Fully bound in leather. English and French text. Library copy, with expected inserts, stamps and inscriptions. Minor foxing and tanning to pages. More prominent to text block edges, pastedowns and free endpapers. Moderate cracking to gutters and hinges causing some looseness to binding but pages remain attached. Boards have minor corner bumping and edgewear with mild chipping, tanning and scuffing overall. Spine has similar chipping and tanning with soft crushing to ends. Lettering remains bright and clear.

Pages are lightly tanned and thumbed at the edges, with light foxing. Binding has remained firm. Boards have been moderately rub worn. Noticeable shelf wear to corners, spine and edges. Corners are bumped and a little frayed Spine ends are crushed, with small splits and chips. Tanning and tape to spine and edges.
