Cutler cites the paperbound issue of this book, published on April 25, 1893, and also notes that it also appeared in 1893 "in blue cloth, with a reduced representation of the frontispiece on the front cover. Wear through the front cover's cloth with fraying to cloth at the top & bottom of the spine, bottom corners lightly bumped, back cover cloth a bit wavy and worn, webbing visible at gutter behind front cover, half title and endpage foxed, other pages clean.
