Complete 4-volume work, bound in 2 books: viii + 288 / vii +288 / viii + 272 / viii + 272pp. Each of the 4 volumes has a large aquatint plate frontis,, with numerous plates and maps throughout. These are large, oversize books, bound in blue cloth with bright gilt titles and volume numbers to the spines. There is a small amount of foxing athe beginning and end of Book I, a small amount of wear to the top and bottom board tips, but this is otherwise a very nice copy.
